1. Product Research & Development:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in unsecured lending and digital credit.
- Propose, design, and develop new unsecured lending products or enhance existing ones to align with business strategy and market potential.
- Prepare comprehensive product documentation such as Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Product Requirements Document (PRD).
2. Cross-Functional Coordination & Implementation:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Legal, IT, Operations, Marketing, Sales) to ensure product feasibility, compliance, and effective rollout.
- Manage project timelines, testing, and implementation of new product modules or digital lending features.
- Liaise with external partners or fintech vendors when applicable to enhance digital loan platforms.
3. Product Performance & Optimization:
- Monitor key performance indicators and financial results of unsecured lending products.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales performance to recommend process or policy improvements.
- Regularly review credit policies, pricing, and underwriting criteria to ensure competitiveness and risk control.
4. Sales Enablement & Support
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions for sale channel to improve product understanding and sales efficiency.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to business units during product implementation and customer advisory processes.
- Support the development of product roadmaps, and sales targets for unsecured lending products.
- Prepare regular product performance reports and suggest initiatives for improvement
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in product development, retail lending, or digital banking.
- Experience in unsecured loan product management or digital lending projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail banking and consumer credit products.
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate market and data insights into product initiatives.
- Project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Good knowledge of credit policies, risk management, and banking operations.
- Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work both independently and in teams.
