Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer who is responsible for the development of UX/UI for software products. The candidate for this position should have experience in designing the look and feel of software applications. Having a strong background in web or mobile development is a big plus.
Responsibilities
Join the IT development team, reporting directly to the Development Manager.
Design UX/UI of products following the overall concepts.
Participate in Scrum team to deliver a high‐quality product.
Ensure all interactions within the application are intuitive and user‐friendly.
Create and maintain UX/UI documents and themes.
Proactively improve product features and quality.
Collaborate with other teams to deliver correct designs.
Requirements
Education
BS/MS degree in Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Experience
2+ years of experience in UX/UI design positions.
Good understanding of application workflows, software design concepts, user experience, and interaction.
Experience in web or mobile UX/UI design.
Understanding of CI/CD software development environments.
Experience in Agile development teams (Scrum, Kanban).
Skills
Interested in dealing with design challenges and keen on exploring new things.
Strong problem‐solving skills and teamwork spirit.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with
developers and stakeholders.
Good English communication skills.
