Identify good and regular customers and providing a high standard of customer service in order to generate repeated visits by customer.
Establish a warm rapport and willingness to listen and act with a smile and positive attitude at all times with customers.
Anticipating customers' needs and problems.
Provide information about the restaurants.
Have a 'team player" attitude with regard to reporting and handling over of all information.
To effectively carry out all tasks given by Supervisor.
Yêu cầu
- Male or female with a professional and pleasant appearance.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Formal education in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field with relevant certifications or qualifications.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Friendly, outgoing, honest, and a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Job responsibilities and further details will be discussed during the interview.
