Hostess

Secondary school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer literacy for managing reservations and using point-of-sale systems
Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Understanding of hospitality industry practices
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and move around the restaurant as needed
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
