I/ JOB DESCRIPTION
A. Company Description
• Thu Do Multimedia is a leading research and production company in Vietnam, specializing in OTT platform, TV Technology Solutions, Digital Rights Management, and OTT- VAS (Value Added) services. Our products include OTT TV on various platforms, transmission technology solutions, technology solutions to protect digital content copyright, research solutions for interactive television, and VAS services.
• TDM received several awards for their outstanding solutions, including the Sigma DRM digital content copyright protection solution, which is among the top 20 global companies that own copyright protection solutions. And our main partners include VTVCab, VTV, SCTV, MCM, Akamai, Inc, Nunaice, Inc, FPT, Viettel, and Vinaphone.
B. Role Description
• Research the market and competitors
• Develop, propose strategies and make plans to implement strategies to promote the company's products and services in foreign markets
• Manage company website
• Analyze and interpret marketing data to adjust marketing strategies accordingly
• Manage content creation activities including product video production and copywriting across channels including social media, Email Marketing and SEO
• Plan and organize booth participation at industry exhibitions and conferences.
• Manage and operate Marketing department activities

II/ JOB REQUIREMENT
• Candidates have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Marketing or related majors
• Candidates have at least 3-5 years of experience as Marketing Manager or equivalent positions
• Ability to research the market and analyze competitors
• Have actual marketing experience to penetrate the international market (required)
• Good ability to analyze and interpret marketing data
• Good experience in managing and implementing digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns and SEO
• Excellent communication, personal and presentation skills
• Fluent in English
• Candidates with experience in software products/solutions, especially solutions/software related to the Media/television field, are an advantage.
• Other necessary skills: Market research, Marketing strategy, Social media marketing, Negotiation, Public relations, Marketing communications, Digital marketing, Online marketing, Optimization search engine optimization
III/ COMPETITIVE COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:
• Attractive Base Salary: 1.000USD - 2.000 USD (based on experience and qualifications)
• Project bonuses, performance-based bonuses
