We are looking for someone who
Has experience in hotel operations, hospitality, F&B, lifestyle businesses or a related field. Strong entrepreneurial candidates with relevant capabilities are also welcome.
Understands that passion alone is not enough: ideas must be executed, teams must be led and business results must be delivered.
Has a genuine passion for something - coffee, tea, food, fashion, design, art, wellness, local culture or another field that could inspire a distinctive hospitality experience.
Thinks creatively, takes ownership and sees opportunities where others see only routine.
Can balance guest experience, business performance and team development.
Communicates effectively in English and is open to learning, experimentation and new challenges.
