Ensure the smooth daily operation of the Spa.
Schedule treatments and staff working shifts according to the operational needs of the Spa and guests.
Ensure all service standards are strictly maintained.
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly revenue reports.
Prepare monthly reports on equipment usage.
Be responsible for ensuring and maintaining an adequate supply of products.
Prepare other reports as required by Management.
Professionally and courteously explain and recommend treatments to guests in detail.
Answer guests' questions to the best of ability to ensure customer satisfaction during service usage.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu
Basic English communication skills.
Relevant professional experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
Energetic, passionate, with strong customer service and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Well-groomed appearance with a professional attitude.
