Mô tả công việc
1. Directs and controls all subordinate Villa Attendants to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled on time and guest expectations are met
2. Assigns villas for cleaning as per schedules and monitors the cleaning process
3. Ensures that vacant rooms are cleaned on time, checks them on completion of cleaning and reports back to housekeeping once complete
4. Reports engineering failures and breakdowns and follows up on repair schedules
5. Oversees the cleanliness and maintenance of housekeeping pantries ensuring par stocks are properly in order
6. Oversees the condition of plants both within and outside the villas and reports any problems to immediate supervisor
7. Oversees the mini bar operation ensuring bars are restocked in a timely and efficient manner
8. Oversees the issuing, controlling and application of housekeeping cleaning chemicals
9. To attend to any ad hoc guests requests ensuring that they are is properly attended to
10. To oversee the turndown process ensuring specially requested times are adhered to.
11. Executes departmental administration filling in forms and checklists as required on time
12. Maintains and adheres to the policy regarding lost and found and reports any security concerns to supervisors

13. Handles customer complaints if possible, or reports them to supervisors.
14. Coaches, counsels, disciplines and develops subordinate employees

1. Contributes to the morale and team spirit of the hotel by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
2. Performs additional duties as directed by supervisors.
3. Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel.
4. Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
5. Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
6. Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or regulation of the hotel is represented.
7. Attends meetings and training as required by supervisors.
8. Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of Vietnamese Law.
9. Interacts with guests actively soliciting feedback
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION CRITERIA
1. Achievement of the goals and objectives of the department
2. Quantity and nature of guest comments and complaints
3. Attendance at scheduled training sessions
4. Individual performance vs. hotel standards
2. Performs additional duties as directed by supervisors.
3. Makes appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the hotel.
4. Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
5. Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
6. Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or regulation of the hotel is represented.
7. Attends meetings and training as required by supervisors.
