* Human Resource Duties
- Recruitment, checking resume from candidates and choosing CV is suitable to pass to other department and invite candidate to interview
- Offer letter, manage staff profile, staff's documents, labor contracts.
- Introduce new comer to company, introduce company policy to new comer
- Register the PIT code for new comers, update documents of PIT record
- Work closely with Insurance/ Labor Dept: Declaration of increase /decrease employee, benefit, insurance payable, Trade Union activities.
- Do the clearance for resign staffs.
- Management the working time: finger pouch daily, staff movement, absent staffs, unpaid leave, annual leave.
- Notice / memo in the office.
- Daily attendance report to managers
- Payroll calculation monthly
* Administrative Duties
- Keeping company stamp and stamp all requirement documents, keys of office
- Office management: electric, water, internet, office rental, stationery,
purchasing furniture, equipment, notarization of documents, photocopy, printing , repair and maintaining, keep cleaning and tidy up pantry room.
- Work closely with management building about: all issues about office , parking card, elevator card, in-out cargo, ...
- Do the Visa, work permit, resident card for foreigners
- Car booking, air ticket, hotel for business trip.
- Organize team building, company trip, annual party
- Work closely with accounting team about e-invoice, requests for payments, input expenses into system, documents relating.
-Translate related documents, take minutes in meetings
* Other tasks given by managers as a Personal Assistant for Country Manager: assist managers in documents, payments requests, etc.
