Job Description
Our customer is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a HR Admin Assistant Manager/Supervisor (Manufacturing, $1000, ID19769)
Lead end-to-end recruitment and workforce planning
Oversee training, career development, and succession planning
Manage compensation & benefits, payroll, insurance, and PIT compliance
Implement performance management systems (KPIs/OKRs)
Handle employee relations and ensure Labor Law compliance
Manage HR budget, reporting, and process improvement
Build and maintain positive corporate culture
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in HR, Law, Economics, or related field
5+ years of HR experience (minimum 2 years in managerial role)
Experience in manufacturing factories (-500 employees preferred)
Strong knowledge of Labor Law, insurance, and HR operations
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Fluent English (4 skills)
