1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Receive hiring requests, post job ads, source candidates, and arrange interviews.
Handle onboarding processes and prepare recruitment reports.
2. Training Coordination
Schedule training sessions, prepare materials, take attendance, and collect feedback.
Track On-the-job Training and maintain training records.
3. HR Administration
Manage fingerprint data, attendance, leave, and overtime records.
Support employees with HR-related procedures and collect dependent information.
Assist with internal reward activities.
4. Office Administration
Register visitors, book meeting rooms, and arrange tea-breaks.
Handle mail, courier items, car/taxi arrangement, and office mailbox management.
Prepare payment documents and manage stamps, documents, and forms.
Support internal events and general admin tasks.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education: At least College degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in HR or Admin roles (fresh graduates are welcome).
Skills:
Good English communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
