Collaborate with functional team to analyze and conduct the TNA (Training Need Analysis) and Training Plan of the company, implement the training and development program for both internal and external training.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training and development programs, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers, consultants, and other vendors as needed.
Fully manage Amann Learning Hub (LLH), which includes registering accounts for new hires, monitoring employee learning progress, tracking and reminding for mandatory courses, policies, and codes.
Responsible for building various and wide employment networks to support the employee recruitment.
Responsible for Audit reports and follow-up audit action plans
Update and maintain company/ HR-Admin policies (Rules, regulations, procedures)
Support to organize activities related to culture development (teambuilding, company trip, town hall meeting...)
Support to implement C&B Policies, Reward & Recognition Programs, Health Care Insurance
Perform other duties as assigned.

Yêu cầu
Graduate from a reputed university.
At least 3 years-experience in the relevant field.
Familiarity with training, HR procedures, C&B.
Proven ability to work independently management, multi-tasking under pressure.
Ability to analyze, identify and solve the problem quickly and effectively.
Good verbal and written English.
Thorough knowledge of MS Office Applications.
