Job Descriptions:
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Check timesheet, annual leave and other payroll related documents
-To be responsible for preparing monthly payroll, mandatory insurances, PIT on time and accurately
- To be responsible for recruitment, admin
- Other admin tasks assigned by Managers/Supervisors
Recruitment:
• Update the job advertisement and post some tips or sharing experiences related to recruitment on Pham's website, fanpage
• Follow full recruitment process of company between departments.
• Filter records, CVs, sort records to store in the Company's Database.
• Conducting interviews, scheduling interviews, supporting other departments within the professional interview.
HR&Admin:
• Update the contact list between departments, a new employee.
• Support training section at Pham Consult on a certain Saturday monthly.
• Gather all of reports of expenses monthly of company.
• Organizing / assisting in organizing necessary events to attract high quality personnel.
Other activities (About C&B)
• To assist clients in Social, Health & Unemployment Insurance registration, claims, etc...
• To assist clients in personal income tax registration, claims, finalization, etc...
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
• Graduated from university in HR, Administration, English Language is preferable
• Good at communication and presentation
• Able to use English fluency
• Work well in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Dynamic, enthusiastic, creative and responsible.
• Master of labor law and Personal income tax law
• Prefer candidate has 1-2 year working experience
