We are seeking an energetic and capable HR Admin Intern to assist our HR department. You will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various tasks, including recruitment, paperwork, and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1/ Assist in Hiring Process:
Support the HR team scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements on suitable platforms.
Participate in initial candidate screening and coordination of interview processes.
2/ Assist in Paperwork
Support to prepare and manage employee records and documents.
Assist in the onboarding process of new hires, including preparing welcome packages, conducting inductions, etc.
Support to prepare paperwork for employees: Offer letter, Contract and Annex
3/ Assist in HR Operations:
Support the HR team in maintaining and updating HR systems and databases.
Yêu cầu
Qualifications:
Fluent in English
Current or recent enrollment in a related Bachelor's degree.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Proficiency in Google suite.
