• Provide hands-on involvement in daily human resources operation including but not limit to policies formulation and execution, manpower planning, staff recruitment & retention, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and expatriates' issues; security controlling, EHS management.
• Work proactively and closely with senior management to support daily operations and
business development;
• Lead the team to deliver human resources and administration functions in an efficient and orderly manner;
• Prepare staff cost budget & forecast and analytical reports to management;
• Handle ad hoc projects as required.
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At latest 15 years' experience in human resources and administration function with minimum 8 years at supervisory level. Experience in electronics manufacturing industry is highly preferable;
• Well versed with labor ordinance and tax law in Vietnam;
• A self-motivator, executor and team player. Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills. Able to build up close working relationships with all levels of staff;
• Independent, strong analytical ability, well-organized and sensitive to figures;
• Good command of spoken and written English. Spoken Chinese (Mandarin) is highly appreciated.
