HR Admin Staff (Chinese Required)

1. Human Resources (HR)
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, labor documents, insurance, and HR reporting.
• Introducing company policies, benefits, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
2. Administration
• Oversee daily office operations, facilities, suppliers, contracts, payments, and maintenance.
• Support visa, work permit, and residence procedures for foreign employees.
• Arrange business trips, accommodation, transportation, guest reception, and administrative documentation.
3. Corporate Culture & Communications
• Organize company events, employee engagement activities, and corporate culture programs.
• Manage internal communications and employer branding activities.
• Create content, photos, and short videos for company communications and events.
• Support foreign customers, partners, and foreigner colleagues during visits, cultural exchange activities, and local tours.
4. Executive Support
• Assist Chinese managers with daily coordination, communication, scheduling, and other assigned tasks.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
