Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates, and provide necessary logistical support for recruitment events.
Maintain accurate records of candidates' information and recruitment activities in our HR database.
2. Candidate Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries.
Coordinate pre-employment activities such as background checks and reference checks.
3. Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing relevant documentation.
Assist in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and other recruitment-related materials.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws and regulations.
4. Data Management and Reporting
Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, interview feedback, and hiring statuses.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
