Reports related to Human Resources (using neswest trend or updated system) such as VBS, Power BI, etc.
Take responsibility for registration of newly-hired employees from the supervisory level down.
Responsible for vocational training / probation agreements, performance appraisals and labor contracts, ensuring that these provisions are strictly implemented in accordance with the Company's regulations and the Labor law of Vietnam.
To take responsibility for the promotion and transfer of the work of the employees, to ensure compliance with the regulations of the company.
Responsible for providing payroll related information and other payables.
Responsible for checking and supporting the updating of documents related to employee time sheets, resignation documents to ensure smooth operation on a daily basis.
Responsible for keeping records of employees from high level supervision downwards, ensuring full and easy records as needed.
Orientation for new comers with Company regulations and employee benefits.
Provide / advise staff on staff regulations, establish effective communication for staff.
Participate in the development of guidelines / regulations for all related tasks.
Explain, implement and collect feedback on the rules and regulations of the Company.
Support HR & Admin activities.
Other duties assigned by immediately Superiors.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Education
College or above specializing in HR management or relative management
2. Experience
Have experience from at least 1 year or fresh graduates have passion in C&B field and prefer working in large manufacturing company, or interested in HR system or report (Fresh graduated with excellent MS Office, VBA, Power BI skills are prefered)
3. Knowledge of:
HR software or system related
HR/ C&B policies and procedures
Labor law and local regulation
Basic HR administrative work
Recruitment in mass production
4. Skills and Abilities
Good computer skills
Good Communication skills
Good in written and spoken English
Systematic, methodical, detailed, thorough, transparent.
Good patience and carefulness
Work well in a team-based environment.
Skilled in problem solving
Can work under high pressure
