Job Overview:

The HR Assistant Manager will be responsible for executing HR procedures for employees and expatriate experts, including onboarding, labor contracts, and maintaining personnel profiles. Implement and manage compensation and benefits schemes. Prepare and control HR budgets. Deploy HR activities such as policy implementation, benefits management, performance assessment, and orientation training within relevant divisions. Generate periodic or ad-hoc HR reports as requested by leadership.
Main Responsibilities:
• Proceed the Human Resources procedures for employees, expatriate experts, update information on the system, and save personnel profiles including: welcome onboard, labor contracts and addendum, etc.
• Implement Compensation - Benefits scheme
• Prepare and control HR budgets.
• Deploy Human Resources activities (policy, benefits, assessment, orientation training, etc.) at relevant Divisions as planned.
• Periodic or unexpected HR Reports as per requests of the Leaders.

Job requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of compensation practices, benefits administration, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
