Mô tả công việc
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Support monthly payroll preparation and ensure accuracy in salary calculation, deductions, overtime, and leave records, Time-Attendance, Bonus/Incentive.
- Ensure timely submission of PIT (Personal Income Tax), social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of HR documents (contracts, letters, etc.).
- Assist in annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and performance-related pay processes.
- Coordinate and respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, insurance, tax, and benefits policies.
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll and employee benefits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle employee relations matters and resolve conflicts.
- Assist in performance management and training programs.
- Supervise HR staff and provide guidance and support.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience, with some supervisory or team lead responsibilities preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Good command of english is needed.
