Job Purpose
• Act as a trusted HR Business Partner to assigned employee groups and locations by delivering effective HR solutions, supporting people development, and contributing to business objectives.
1. Business Partnering
• Serve as a trusted HRBP Specialist to assigned business units, providing HR advice and operational support.
• Implement Group and local HR policies, ensuring compliance and alignment with company culture.
• Act as the HR contact point and support HR tools, initiatives, and change projects.
• Partner with HR specialists in C&B, Talent Acquisition, and Learning & Development.
2. Recruitment
• Partner with Line Managers and Talent Acquisition to meet resourcing needs.
• Participate in recruitment activities and advise on candidate selection for assigned employee groups.
3. Onboarding
• Coordinate onboarding activities, including offer preparation, HRIS updates, and onboarding arrangements.
• Follow up probation periods and support labor contract issuance.
4. Career & Talent Development
• Support career development discussions and follow up development plans with Line Managers.
• Assist in talent review, succession planning, and talent programs.
• Identify training needs and coordinate with L&D on training planning and implementation.
5. Employment Process
• Support the HRBP Manager in managing employee lifecycle processes, including contract renewal, welfare, HRIS support, and resignations.
• Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and act as a key contact point for employee inquiries.
6. Performance Management
• Support the implementation of the Performance Management process.
• Partner with Line Managers to address performance issues and support talent development.
7. Others
• Participate in HR initiatives and projects as assigned by the Manager.
Yêu cầu
- University degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5 - 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience in multinational organizations, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of core HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to work effectively with Line Managers and HR teams.
- Good business acumen and analytical thinking, with the ability to translate business needs into HR actions.
- Experience in HR initiatives or change activities
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable with HR operations and systems
- Willing to learn, proactive, adaptable, resilient and able to work under pressure.
- Willing and able to travel across Vietnam as required
- Proficient in Vietnamese and English.
