Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
Process payroll, bonuses, overtime, and deductions accurately and on time.
Administer social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance in compliance with Vietnamese Labor Law.
Draft, review, and manage labor contracts (fixed-term and indefinite-term).
Develop and implement HR policies, internal regulations, and disciplinary procedures.
Support performance management: KPIs, performance reviews, and staff development plans.
Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and promote a healthy work culture.
Coordinate training programs and track employee development.
Office Administration & Culture
Manage day-to-day office operations: supplies, vendors, and facility maintenance.
Organize team-building activities, company events, and internal engagement initiatives.
Act as a culture ambassador - bring positive energy and help create an environment people love.
Support leadership with scheduling, travel, and administrative coordination.
Track budgets for administrative and HR-related expenses.
Yêu cầu
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR and/or Admin role (combined HR cum Admin experience is a strong plus).
Proven hands-on experience with payroll processing, labor contracts, and social insurance administration.
Demonstrated experience with legal entity management in Vietnam (company registration, license management, statutory filings).
Knowledge & Skills
Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Labor Law and related regulations (BHXH, PIT, etc.).
Familiar with establishing and managing legal entities in Vietnam (LLC, JSC, representative office, etc.).
Proficient in payroll software and HRMS tools.
Good command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Business-level English.
