HR Deputy Manager

Job Description
1.Build and manage the company's Human Resource and Admin Department to support the Company's goals and mission through HR& Admin activities:
2.Develop strategic HR Policy, System, Procedures, Policies, Regulations & Guidelines in compliance with local laws & and customers' requirements and ensure its good implementation.
3.Recruit and develop qualified workforce to align with Company's business plan
4.Factory's Labor Union & establish collective labor agreement. Maintain good industrial relations and good employee satisfaction level.
5.Give fair Compensation & Benefit policies and ensure the proper implementation of the policies, including salary, insurances, other allowances and benefits.
6.Provide administrative support in accordance to the set policies and guidelines: security management, canteen, environment management, Health & Safety, transportation management, clinic...
7.Establish and maintain cordial relations with local authorities and good image of the company.
8.Maintain social responsibility of the Company towards environment protection and clean production.
9.Arrange and supervise internal audits, system training, environmental monitoring, occupational health examinations, and other tasks within the factory to meet compliance requirements.
