Mô tả công việc
Training and Development:
Develop and implement employee training programs.
Conduct needs assessments and identify skill gaps across departments.
Coordinate with external trainers and consultants to provide specialized training.
Oversee the organization of workshops, seminars, and e-learning initiatives.
Performance Management:
Supervise and support performance evaluation processes.
Assist managers in setting performance goals and creating development plans.
Monitor employee progress and ensure feedback is delivered regularly.
Career Development:
Create career development frameworks for employees at various levels.
Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees and managers.
Assist in succession planning and talent pipeline development.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
Support initiatives that improve employee engagement and foster a positive work culture.
Organize team-building activities and other programs aimed at increasing morale.
Help manage diversity and inclusion programs within the organization.
Compliance and Recordkeeping:
Ensure all employee training and development activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate records of employee training, certifications, and development activities.
Collaboration:
Partner with HR and management teams to align training and development programs with organizational goals.
Communicate regularly with department heads to understand specific needs and align training efforts accordingly.
Reporting and Metrics:
Track the success and ROI of development programs through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
Present regular reports on training activities, engagement, and performance development to senior management.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience in HR development, training, or a related role.
Strong understanding of employee training and development best practices.
Excellent communication in English, organizational, and leadership skills.
Proficiency and advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage team members and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with HR software and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Knowledge of labor laws and employee rights.
At least 4 years of experience in HR development, training, or a related role.
Strong understanding of employee training and development best practices.
