Collaborate with senior leadership to gain insight into the business objectives and strategies associated with employee relations, recruitment, retention, training programs, and company culture.
Develop and implement policies and training, and improve HR processes.
Execute initiatives and create surveys to support and optimize human resources strategies and compliance.
Oversee or administer human resources programs, including benefits, compensation, disciplinary issues, leave, the investigation into disputes, talent and performance management, morale and recognition, workplace health and safety, development and training, etc.
Identify recruitment and employment relations and needs, and develop and implement HR practices, such as hiring and talent management.
Monitor and ensure the company's compliance with state, federal, and local legal requirements, and suggest the best practices, modifications, and reviews to maintain adherence.
Stay updated on the best regulatory measures, practices, and new technologies in human resource management, employment law, and talent management, and apply this in-depth knowledge to communicate any alterations in policies, practices, and resources to senior management.
Develop and apply departmental budgets.
Manage job satisfaction among employees.
Perform other duties as per the requirements of the organization.
