We are looking for an HR Executive (Generalist) with a strong focus on recruitment to support and scale our team. This role requires strong talent sourcing and headhunting capabilities, particularly for Marketing, E-commerce, and KOL/KOC-related positions, along with solid knowledge of C&B and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is proactive, business-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (60-70% focus)
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from job intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing to offer and onboarding
Proactively source and headhunt candidates for key roles, including: ○ Performance Marketing (TikTok/Shopee)
Content Creator/Social/Branding
BD KOL/KOC Executive/Affiliate
E-commerce/Livestream Operations (Shopee, Tik Tok Shop)
Sales/Key Account/
Business Development in the beauty industry
Build and maintain a strong talent pool within the beauty ecosystem (KOL/KOC, marketers, e-commerce operators, etc.)
Handle both mass hiring (CS, livestream hosts, warehouse staff) and key positions
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales teams, ect leader to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Track and report recruitment metrics (time to hire, cost per hire, conversion rates)
Compensation & Benefits (15-20%)
Manage attendance tracking, payroll processing, and monthly incentives
Maintain employee records, labor contracts, and HR documentation
Handle social insurance (SI), personal income tax (PIT), and related procedures
Support the development and improvement of compensation & benefits policies
Administration (10-15%)
Oversee office operations, assets, and vendor management
Set up and maintain a productive working environment (including creative/livestream teams)
Organize internal activities (events, team building, employee engagement)
Others
Participate in improving HR processes and employee experience
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager
