- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure that business resourcing needs are met within the agreed-upon timelines.
- Manage HR administrative tasks related to HR systems and the full employee lifecycle.
- Implement new HR policies, procedures, and benefits for employees on-site.
- Work with the management team to develop and execute talent management, development, and training initiatives.
- Plan and oversee onsite manpower resources including full-time employees and outsourced labor.
- Address complex employee relations issues, manage grievances, and handle disciplinary actions in a proper conduct.
- Standardize HR procedures and applications across all sites to ensure consistency and compliance with organizational policies.
- Foster a focused and efficient work environment by continuously improving HR processes across warehouses to adopt best practices.
- Collaborate with people managers to guide employee behavior and resolve problems in alignment with corporate culture, values, and compliance standards.
- Oversee HR analytics and the development and maintenance of managerial reports.
- Engage in the development and implementation of employee engagement programs.
- Contribute to regional HR projects and handle other HR-related responsibilities within your designated sites.
- Other HR matters as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related discipline.
- 6+ years of experience in HR Operation roles, MNC environment is preferred.
- In-depth familiarity with employee lifecycle management in the warehouse/manufacturing industry is essential
- Preference will be given to candidates with robust experience in HR management systems, including timekeeping, overtime (OT) management, shift scheduling, payroll processing, and leave application systems.
- Team player, results oriented, self-motivated and good with details
- Knowledge of government regulations including labor code, SHUIs
- Strong customer centric and business partnership mindset and experience.
- Solid communication and interpersonal engagement and able to work with all levels of management
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications
