About The Role
Vinova is looking for a proactive, creative, and hands-on
HR Executive
to join our HR team in Hanoi.
This role focuses strongly on
Internal Communications and Employee Engagement
, while also taking ownership of
HR Operations
for the Hanoi office. You will play an important role in keeping employees connected, strengthening engagement, delivering a great employee experience, and ensuring HR operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications
Lead the planning and execution of company-wide internal communications across Vinova, ensuring messages are clear, timely, consistent, and engaging.
Develop and deliver communications for company updates, HR initiatives, policies, organizational changes, events, and other key employee matters.
Manage internal communication channels including email, MS Teams, SharePoint internal portal, newsletters, and other relevant platforms.
Develop creative communication campaigns and storytelling content to strengthen employee connection and reinforce Vinova's values.
Provide occasional support for selected employer branding activities when required.
Employee Engagement
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, including company events, celebrations, team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee campaigns.
Drive initiatives that strengthen employee connection, collaboration, and engagement across teams and locations.
Gather employee feedback and engagement insights, identify areas for improvement, and recommend practical actions to enhance employee experience.
HR Operations
Act as the key HR contact point for employees in Hanoi, handling day-to-day HR enquiries and employee-related matters.
Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, employee records, HR documentation, leave, attendance, benefits, and other HR administration.
Ensure HR policies, processes, and employee information are implemented accurately, consistently, and on time.
Coordinate with Finance, Admin, IT, and other functions to resolve employee-related matters and ensure smooth HR operations.
Maintain accurate employee data and support HR reporting and other administrative requirements.
Recruitment & HR Project support
Support recruitment activities when required, including job posting, sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Partner with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to support hiring needs and deliver a positive candidate experience.
Support recruitment campaigns and other talent-related initiatives when needed.
Support company-wide HR projects and initiatives across Vietnam and Singapore.
Work with HR leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver HR initiatives effectively.
Take ownership of assigned projects, proactively identify issues, and drive practical solutions with minimal supervision.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, HR, or a similar role.
Strong experience in internal communications and employee engagement, with a proven ability to create engaging content and execute communication campaigns.
Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
Good understanding of HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Creative, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive initiatives from idea to execution.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong Recruitment / Talent Acquisition experience is highly preferred.
Experience recruiting technical roles or working in an IT/Technology company is a plus.
Experience managing internal communication channels and employee engagement programs.
Experience organizing company-wide events, campaigns, or culture-building initiatives.
Basic knowledge of Canva or other design/content creation tools.
Experience with ATS, HRIS, or other HR technology.
