Vietnam Investments Group (VIGroup) is looking for a HR Executive to join one of our portfolio companies.
Talent Acquisition
- Post job ads, source CVs and run phone screenings (may focus on for Intern and
Fresher positions)
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Collect interview feedback & inform candidates of results and keep the recruitment tracker up to date.
- Maintain the candidate pipeline and recruitment tracking report.
C&B
- Manage timekeeping, leave records, and prepare data to support monthly payroll.
- Prepare and send monthly payslips to employees.
- Compose labor contracts, service contracts and appendices, and handle onboarding and offboarding process.
- Handle Social Insurance and PIT procedures (registration, adjustments, monthly declarations).
- Administer employee benefits (e.g., private healthcare insurance), coordinate with providers, and answer employees' benefit questions.
Office Administration
- Oversee the reception area and front-desk activities, including welcoming visitors, handling calls and managing courier services.
- Manage office facilities and equipment, and coordinate with building management and vendors for maintenance.
- Handle
purchasing of office supplies, stationery and pantry items, and keep inventory and supplier lists up to date.
- Process payment requests for admin expenses and maintain monthly expense records and reports.
- Manage company assets and document stamping, and arrange business travel and guest visits when needed.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and organize internal activities such as birthdays, team lunches, team building and year end parties.
