Supervise all recruitment activities.

Optimize the use of job posting services to reach a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Implement proactive sourcing techniques to build relationships with potential candidates.
Proactively build and maintain a talent database for current and future positions
Implement activities to enhance employee relations and maintain a positive work environment.
Yêu cầu
Age: From 27 years old
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
Experience:
At least 2 years experiences in the similar position.
Experience in a manufacturing company is preferred.
Soft skills:
Interview skill, communication skill, time management skill, analytical skill, etc.
Good English communication skills.
