Key Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for the activities of personnel administration, involving hiring, dismissals, vacations, leaves, transfers, and the other routines at Bình Phước Factory.
• Process changes to the organization's human resource programs and policies in accordance with guidelines so that these programs are implemented accurately and fairly.
• Maintain employee records manually or in a human resources information system (HRIS) so that information is accurate and secure.
• Support workforce planning, HR analytics, employee development and performance management initiatives to ensure organizational effectiveness and talent sustainability.
Job description
1. Human resource planning (10%)
• Prepare and monitor annual manpower budget and manpower plan.
• Prepare periodic manpower reports and workforce analysis to support management decision-making.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide recommendations for manpower optimization.
• Partner with Factory Management and Department leaders to align HR initiatives with business objectives, operational requirements, and workforce productivity goals.
2. Recruitment (20%)
• Make a source generation plan annual/quarterly/monthly recruitment plan to meet human resources needs.
• Lead the development of recruitment processes, standards, and forms (if requested).
• Directly participate in sourcing, interviewing, and recruiting for management, leadership, and specific positions at the company.
• Planning recruitment budget.
• Prepare recruitment reports and recruitment effectiveness analysis.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide hiring insights to support workforce planning.
• Analyze employee turnover trends and identify recruitment challenges and opportunities.
3. Human Resources Operations & Analytics (15%)
• Maintain employee records manually or in a human resources information system (HRIS) so
that information is accurate and secure.
• Ensure employee data is updated accurately and timely in HR systems.
• Complete, check, and process HR-related forms and documents in accordance with established guidelines so that HR-related matters are administered quickly and accurately
• Respond to enquiries and assist employees and managers in completing HR-related forms to ensure that information provided is accurate and complete.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards; analyze headcount, recruitment and turnover trends and
provide workforce insights to support decision- making.
4. Administrative management relates to HR function (15%)
• Manage administrative document's activities: Notifications, decisions, documents, incoming
and outgoing papers...
• Managing internal and external activities related to employees.
• Maintain employee records manually or in a human resources information system (HRIS) so
that information is accurate and secure. Data management includes personal information; job history, retirement, and insurance documentation, leave accrual records and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression; etc.
• Complete, check, and process HR-related forms and documents in accordance with established
guidelines so that HR-related matters are administered quickly and accurately. Forms may
include applications for vacation or leave of absence; workers' compensation or insurance
claims; or social security or other government forms. Respond to enquiries and assist employees
and managers to complete HR-related forms to ensure that the information provided is accurate
and complete.
5. Employee relations (20%)
• Security and order, occupational safety and hygiene and fire prevention at office/ factory.
• Settlement of labor relations, reward and discipline.
• Proposing activities, distributing uniforms and gifts to employees...
• Movement and accommodation of personnel.
• Participate in the organization of cultural activities.
• Coordinate the organization of programs on holidays and New Year.
• Coordinate orientation programs for new employees
• Support employee engagement, retention and organizational culture initiatives.
• Support talent identification and employee development activities.
• Provide Human Resources Business Partner support to Bình Phước Factory by advising
managers on employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, succession
planning, and performance management.
6. Performance Management & Learning Development (20%)
• Coordinate annual performance appraisal, KPI setting, calibration and merit review processes.
• Support managers in performance coaching and performance improvement plans (PIP).
• Coordinate orientation, onboarding and internal development programs training programs. implemented
• Monitor training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Support talent development initiatives and prepare related reports.
• Collaborate with production and functional leaders to identify talent gaps, develop employee
capabilities, and implement retention strategies to ensure a sustainable workforce.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Good understanding of Labor Law, employee relations and HR operational practices.
• Experience in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement and learning & development is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
