JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
• Organize and conduct onboarding sessions for new employees.
• Maintain recruitment databases and manage candidate pipelines.
2. Timekeeping and Overtime Management:
• Print attendance sheets and calculate overtime (OT) and leave for each employee at the end of the month.
• Update fingerprint data for new employees.
3. Employee Records and Contracts:
• Monitor and update personnel records in HR systems.
• Monitor documents for new employees, receive letters, and update information in the HR management software.
• Track, update and submit probation contracts and official labor contracts for signing, send to provincial locations, and follow up to receive them back for
Sales staff.
4. Compensation and Benefits Administration:
• Process monthly payment requests (canteen, PIT).
• Handle insurance registration and updates for all employees.
• Distribute finalized social insurance books to employees.
• Manage arising payments and resolve employee queries related to payroll and benefits.
5. Policy and Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in implementing and updating HR policies and procedures.
6. Administrative Support:
• Monitor and distribute uniforms and supplies to employees, including provincial locations.
• Prepare and process resignation documents for departing employees.
• Track and record annual leave balances and other employee entitlements.
