HR Operations & Employee Support
Administer and execute HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, employee relations, performance management, training, occupational health and safety, and policy implementation.
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, and escalate complex or sensitive matters when needed.
Maintain personnel files, training records, and confidential employee information accurately and securely.
Reporting, Payroll & HRIS Management
Prepare monthly reports on headcount, training completion, safety measures, and other HR-related data.
Audit, verify, and adjust time and attendance records for plant hourly and salaried employees.
Review monthly payroll and insurance records for employees.
Maintain accurate HRIS updates, including new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, address/dependent changes, benefit elections, and related employee data.
Recruitment, Engagement & Administrative Support
Support hourly recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement activities, and benefit enrollment programs.
Assist the Plant
HR Manager with administrative tasks, employee events, and special projects.
Create advertising and marketing materials following company brand standards.
Support proper use of HRIS platforms for recruiting, onboarding, performance, talent, and learning management.

Education & Experience
Minimum 2 years of HR Generalist experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; Master's degree or SHRM-SCP/SPHR certification is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll review, benefits, HR reporting, and HRIS management.
Good process management, data accuracy, record management, and administrative support skills.
Ability to support employee engagement activities and communicate HR policies and procedures clearly.
Leadership competencies including drive for results, process management, and building effective teams.
Language / Other Requirements
Completion of required pre-employment screening or testing procedures.
Minimum score of 50 on the Wonderlic Select Assessment, equivalent to a traditional score of 20 on the cognitive portion.
Ability to work at the assigned plant location in Dong Nai.
