Since September 2023, Appen has operated the new business in Vietnam.
Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Help maintain employee records and ensure documentation is up to date.
Support the onboarding process by preparing materials, organizing orientation sessions, and assisting new hires.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Provide administrative support in day-to-day HR operations.
Participate in HR projects, such as performance management, employee feedback, and policy updates.
Assist with updating and maintaining HR databases and reports.
Yêu cầu
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in HR practices and people management.
Native speaker of Vietnamese, good business English skills, can speak Korean/Japanese is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to use editing applications/ (Canva, Capcut,...)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
Can work full-time (40 hours/week)
