Working Model: On-site (from Mon-Fri, 9:30AM - 6:30PM)

What You'll Be Doing
Support recruitment operations: job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and candidate database updates
Assist with onboarding preparation and welcome new hires during their first days
Help with office operations, including supplies, workspace, cross-team coordination, HR documents, and reports
Help organize internal events, engagement activities, and culture initiatives
What We're Looking For
Must Have
Currently studying or recently graduated in HR, Business Administration, English, Law, or a related field
Strong spoken and written English
Genuine interest in recruitment, HR, or people operations
Proactive and people-oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment
Organized, with clear and structured thinking
Basic familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and willingness to use them in daily work, with awareness that human judgment is still needed
Nice to Have
Creative mindset, enjoys finding better ways to get things done
Experience in clubs, events, or team-based projects
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or other productivity tools
