Your responsibilities:
As Employee Engagement Executive, you will take responsibility for the internal communication and employer branding activities of the Culture & Talent team. To excel in the role, you will need to have a clear and methodical way of working and great communication skills. You can expect the role to include the following:
1. Talent Acquisition (40% working time)
- Sources candidates directly in the marketplace and develops candidate pools within their respective market streams.
- Develops networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Sources, screens, and interviews applicants in line with requirements and ensures that the reference checking process is completed.
- Works with the hiring managers to develop a strong selection process using creative and innovative techniques and tools.
- Develops offers in line with approved guidelines, negotiates offers, and finalizes start date with the candidate.
2 - Employer Branding (60% working time)
- Manage and update the company website and social channels
- Research and work on partnership opportunities and programs to enhance our employer's brand
The ideal candidate:
- University undergraduate in Human Resources
- Great people skills and capability to work in an ambitious team
- English is an advantage
- Have the opportunity to get the officially promote after 6 months - 1 year.
