HR Intern / Thực Tập Sinh Nhân Sự

- Assist with recruitment activities, including updating manpower requisitions, posting jobs, screening CVs, arranging interviews, preparing offer documents, and updating candidate/employee records.
- Support daily HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding activities and employee documentation.
- Assist in coordinating training activities, including collecting training requests, contacting training providers, arranging training schedules, and updating training records.
- Support the preparation and organization of internal training programs, including training materials, attendance lists, training venues, refreshments, and other logistics.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, documents, and administrative records.
- Support HR activities and company events such as employee engagement activities, festival celebrations, annual dinner, CSR activities, and Town Hall meetings.
- Assist with general HR and administrative tasks, including arranging food and beverages for guests and supporting office activities.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager / HR Team.
