Onboarding Assistance: Help coordinate new hire orientation, including preparation of onboarding materials and documentation.
Employee Records: Maintain and update employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
HR Communications: Assist with internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and promoting company culture.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including handling inquiries, scheduling meetings, and managing HR-related paperwork.
Respond to Inquiries: Provide front-line support for customer inquiries through email, chat, or phone, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Product documentation: Collaborate with the Product team to draft and update documentation for product features, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
