Mô tả công việc
Organize and manage online games, events, and activities to increase employee engagement and create a fun, energetic work environment.
Ensure a friendly, inclusive, and comfortable environment where employees feel valued and supported.
Assist with planning and executing fun and interactive activities for employees.
Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement ideas for improving the workplace atmosphere.
Assist with internal newsletters, announcements, and communications.
Provide support with office administration tasks.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Yêu cầu
Student in Economics, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, or related fields.
Quick to adapt, proactive in learning, and eager to take on new challenges.
Energetic, creative, and enthusiastic with a positive attitude and proactive approach to work.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with employees.
Positive and motivated, capable of engaging and inspiring colleagues in workplace activities.
Basic understanding and communication skills in English.
Previous involvement in extracurricular activities such as student clubs, associations, or volunteer work is a plus.
