Support day-to-day HR operations such as data entry, filing, and maintaining employee records.
Assist in the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening CVs, contacting candidates, arranging interviews.
Participate in internal communication and employee engagement activities (events, team bonding, ....).
Support attendance tracking, leave records, and other HR-related reports.
Contribute ideas to improve HR processes and participate in HR projects when required.
Perform other administrative or HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR team.
Yêu cầu
University student (3rd or 4th year) or recent graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Energetic, proactive, and eager to learn about HR operations.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
Proficient in capcut/tiktok is plus
Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
Passionate about developing a long-term career in Human Resources.
