Manage employee profile, including filing, storage and ensuring the confidentiality of documents.
Support with dependent registration and personal income tax code applications
Assist in HR reports
Support in handling HR paperwork and submitting documents to government authorities
Maintain office equipment and ensure all facilities are in good condition
Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance
Participate in organizing internal activities: birthdays, team building, etc
Perform other administrative tasks as required by the HR department
Yêu cầu
4th-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant fields
Good communication skill, hard working and willing-to-learn attitude
Proficient in English (reading and writing)
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Other: Personal laptop required - Female candidates only
