WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and setting up interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, including welcoming newcomers, preparing and sending welcome emails, collecting new hires' information/personnel docs.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, such as planning internal events, celebrations, and employee recognition programs.
Support employee communication efforts by drafting internal communications and announcements.
Assist in maintaining HR databases, employee files, and records, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
Support HR-related documentation, assist with submitting documents and getting results from labor authorities.
Contribute to the improvement of HR processes and procedures.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Foreign Language Studies or a related field.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
Proactive and eager to learn, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
