Mô tả công việc
- Shape and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business and organizational development needs
- Establish and lead programs to build organizational competencies and drive workforce development
- Design and implement employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
- Build leadership capabilities across management levels to improve organizational performance
- Optimize the HR budget for maximum efficiency and value
- Oversee all HR and administrative operations: company regulations, HR policy, recruitment, training, compensation & benefits, labor relations, disciplinary actions, foreign labor management, general administration, and on-site clinic
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam Labor Code and customer standards
- Lead the development and monitoring of the annual HR budget
- Advise the Board of Directors on HR development and organizational planning
- Build and train a competent HR & Admin team to support company strategy
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in the Logistic.
- In-depth knowledge of Vietnamese labor law and the Logistic labor market.
- Familiarity with modern and traditional training methods.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of managing HR functions in large-scale organizations (500+ employees).
- Strong English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
