Mô tả công việc
This position is responsible for the direction of the day-to-day HR functions of Softel Solutions and its affiliates. This position will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations
Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures, using existing HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes
Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date
Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution
Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
Maintain company organization charts, employee directory, processes and procedures
Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
Conduct performance and salary reviews
Provide support and guidance to HR staff
Design and implement employee retention strategies
Handle confidential matters with discretion
Performs other duties as assigned

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's Degree in HR, business or related field. (Master's Degree will be a big plus).
10+ years' experience in the HR Life Cycle process (at least 7+ years' experience in similar management roles).
Good at English (especially good at English reading, and writing. Communication skills can be at a basic level).
Experience working for a company with a headcount of at least 200 employees.
Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations
Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing projects or initiatives
Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration and teamwork
Excellent impersonal skills and a collaborative management style
Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently
A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
Ability to produce insightful reports
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
Self-motivated
Dedicated team player with a strong work ethic
Able to excel in a deadline-driven environment
Strong time management skills

Starting Salary: You will love the attractive salary that we deal for you based on your ability and experience.
12 days of annual leave, 11 days of public holidays according to regulations of the Vietnamese Government.
Pay insurance (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance) and other regimes according to current regulations of Vietnam Labor Law.
Working time: 8 hours/day from Monday to Friday, You will work from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM at the office.
Softel Solutions Office: 7th Floor, Geleximco Building, 36 Hoang Cau, Cho Dua, Dong Da, Ha Noi.
Project bonus and salary review according to the work quality.
Multinational and professional working environment, coordinating with senior managers in the US.
Opportunity to travel and on-site work in the US.
Working with major carriers in the US.
