Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Overall in charge of mandatory training administration including ensuring organized and updated tracking, reporting, follow-up and communication.
Overall in charge of Head Office induction training covering all admin preparation: scheduling, communication, participant management and all necessary logistics based on training calendar.
Collaborate and support on onboarding digitalization project including creating and deploying application, closely work with vendor to ensure the project timeline.
Assist and support in planning and executing OD projects covering all logistics preparation, communication and gifts procedures, etc.
Manage timely and accurately training data records on system (Event/Session creation, training assignments, training record of training participants completion, course evaluation).
Maintain and consolidate internal training reports to relevant stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS
Has around 6 months or below working in L&D or OD.
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and design skill (Canva).
Proficient in data analysis by using Excel (excel functions, pivot table, chart design, etc).
Organization Skills, Time Management Skills, Communication (Oral and Written) and Interpersonal Skills.
English Fluency.
