Responsibilities:
• Execute the digitalization of training materials by converting existing learning contents into e-learning formats using AI tools, authoring platforms, and learning technologies.
• Design, update, and maintain training programs, including onboarding courses, internal capability training, and compliance learning materials.
• Prepare training materials such as presentations, manuals, e-learning content, and assessment tools to ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Coordinate and organize training sessions, workshops, and external training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and participant management.
• Deliver internal training sessions or facilitate learning activities when required.
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience in HR functions, preferably in learning & development, or HR digital projects. Fresh graduates are welcomed.
• Familiarity with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, or digital learning solutions is preferred.
• Good communication and project coordination abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
• Proactive, innovative, and willing to learn new technologies and HR digital trends.
