Mô tả công việc
Recruitment Support:
Assist in the recruitment process by collecting and reviewing CVs.
Screening CV based on qualifications and job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Introduce the company to candidates and provide relevant information about our culture, values, and job expectations.
Prepare and maintain regular report on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, interview outcome, recruitment status.
Training support:
Assist in organizing training sessions based on business needs.
Prepare training materials and resources to support the delivery of training programs.
Conduct orientation training for new hire: Introduce the company, provide relevant information about our culture, values, Org chart and policies.
Book training rooms and coordinate logistics for training sessions.
Distribute training schedules and ensure all participants are informed and prepared.
Help track and report training attendance and feedback for improvement.
Internal Communication Support:
Write and distribute internal announcements, memos, and company updates, Ensure timely communicate of key information.
Support the creation of engaging content for internal newsletters, intranet, or other platforms.
Event and Activity Coordination:
Support team to organize company events, activities, and team-building initiatives: Factory tour, internship, outing day, happy Friday,..
Assist in planning and managing logistics for company meetings, celebrations, and workshops.
Ensure smooth execution of events and activities by working with internal teams and external vendors.
General HR Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support across various HR-related tasks.
Assist with onboarding new employees and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Handle other ad-hoc HR tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Yêu cầu
Education (School/Specialization): Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Primary Language: Fluent English; written and verbal communication
Experience: Previous experience in HR or administrative support is a plus but not required
OTHER INFORMATION & SPECIFIC SKILLS
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality and accuracy, especially in recruitment reporting
