Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
The HR Officer will support the HR Manager in the following areas of work:
1. Admin support for school expat staff relating to the following procedures:
● Visa, work permit (WP), residence card and driving license exchange
● Shipping clearance
● Insurance registration & medical insurance claims
● Health club membership
● Bank account
● Accommodation
● Health check-up
● Police clearance record (PCR) for leaving staff
● Maintenance of the expat information database & filling system including soft copy and hard copy
2. Recruitment:
● Assist with recruitment processes: vacancy announcement, supporting interviews...
● Prepare probation contracts for selected candidates and follow the employment contracts status of all staff.
● Make the orientation schedule and support the logistical preparation.
3. Compensation & Benefit
● Monthly administrative procedures for Vietnamese staff include Social Insurance, Health Insurance and Accidental Insurance for all school staff.
● Input data for HR manager in preparation of monthly payroll
● Implement, explain and provision of human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures
4. Other HR relating tasks:
● Monitor daily attendance of school staff
● Dealing with issues relating to staff absences, annual leave & holiday duty rota
● Liaise with government agencies on related issues
● Prepare contracts for new employees and annual contract review
● Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions
● Perform other duties reasonably assigned by the line Manager

Skills, Competencies and Characteristics Required:
● Understanding of HR procedures and requirements.
● Should have an understanding of how schools operate.
● Should be proactive, positive, approachable and well organized.
● You should have a good command of spoken and written English.
● Should show a willingness to be involved in the life of the school over and above the administrative role.
● Should enjoy working with children and young people
● Should be highly trustworthy, honest and dependable
Minimum Work Experience
● Minimum 2 years of professional experience required.
● Previous experience of working in an international school is desired yet not essential.
● Experience in working effectively with people from diverse backgrounds
Minimum Academic/Professional Qualifications:
● Graduate degree in a relevant discipline.
