Key Responsibilities
Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies, procedures, and knowledge materials.
Support the preparation of FAQs, guides, and employee communications.
Assist with testing HR systems and process enhancements (e.g., MyHR).
Help maintain project documents, trackers, and testing records.
Support the development of employee guides to improve HR service experience.
Perform administrative and ad hoc tasks assigned by the team.
Requirements
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
Good English communication is an advantage.
