About the Department
The Human Resources function balances organisational aspirations and employee needs, as we accelerate and strengthen people capabilities to enable sustainable business growth at UOB. Job Responsibilities
• Providing HR Operations and Services delivery;
• Collaborating with TA, HRBP and related internal teams to ensure the on-boarding process for new hired staff is conducted smoothly;
• Implementing and following off-boarding process to ensure that all leavers are guided carefully, and all related actions from related parties are performed timely and in line with the labour laws;
• Maintaining database of all staff (including data in excel, HR systems, hard copies employee profiles, e-profiles, ...) to ensure that all staff information is recorded correctly and filed carefully;
• Proposing process & procedures improvement idea, making recommendations to enhance productivity and simplification;
• Implementing labour contract of all staff to ensure complying with the labour laws;
• Cooperating with external HR services vendor for all HR services related to payroll/ social insurance/ health insurance/ unemployment insurance/ PIT/ Labour reports/ Labour laws updates to ensure that all HR operations and services can be delivered to staff in an effective manner;
• Cooperating with external expat services vendors to ensure that work permit, temporary resident card, visa, housing, ... are proceeded on time;
• Preparing employee's related reports to relevant parties to ensure all data requests are provided on time, carefully;
• Assisting with all employee's queries to ensure employees' satisfaction;
• Support on Office Management: coordinator for office equipment; taxi card, post + mailing; Order: stationary, necessary equipments and payment (PEM) system process;
• Participating in various HR projects as assigned by line manager;
• Providing other supports as assigned.
Yêu cầu công việc
Mức độ phù hợp và xếp hạng của bạn so với ứng viên khác như thế nào?
• University bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant fields;
• From 2-3 working years of HR experience, preferably in MNC/ Banking;
• Understand HR legislation, policies and processes;
• Accountable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented;
• Strong communication with internal staff and external stakeholders in English & Vietnamese;
• Strong in MS Office applications;
• Having experience in companies with size from 500 employees is preferable.
